B. D. JOKHAKAR & CO. was founded by late Mr. B. D. Jokhakar in 1932 at a time when the, profession of accountancy and audit was in its infancy in India. The firm is located in the prime business district of Mumbai, India.

Besides Statutory Audit and Taxation, the firm’s practice has grown steadily in the areas of Internal Audit, Management Audit, FERA, FEMA, Taxation of Non Residents, Management Consultancy and Corporate Advisory services. The growth in the activities has been achieved without any mergers or acquisitions of other accountancy firms and is mainly due to the quality of professional service attuned to the client’s need.
