Our Story

B. D. JOKHAKAR & CO. was founded by late Mr. B. D. Jokhakar in 1932, in South Mumbai. Professional accountancy was at its infancy at that time in India. Since its inception, high values of ethics, professional objectivity and technical excellence have become the hallmarks of the firm. The firm has offered personalised service to a large array of domestic and international clients in areas of assurance, tax, compliance and advisory. The firm has a long legacy in catering to some high profile heritage clients. Some of them continue to be with us over four generation. Since the opening up of the Indian economy, the firm has provided complete solutions to international clients to build a successful business presence in India.
