Professional Achievements:-
A third generation CA, with more than twenty-seven years of post-qualification experience in: auditing (internal and external), corporate law, taxation, personal finance and business consultancy on a broad range of issues and clients.
His industry experience includes not only international and local clientele but also a wide variety of businesses encompassing Auto Ancillary, Consulting Services, Financial Services, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical Companies, Advertising and Communications, Logistics and Shipping, Weather Forecasting, Entertainment, Computer Software/BPO/Hardware, Steel, Oil marketing Companies, Banks, Flow Measurement and Control, Media, Diamonds and Jewellery, Housing Complex, Fashion and Beauty, E-commerce, Real Estate, Poultry, Bakery and Food and Swiss Knives 7 Travel Gear, AIF, PE and Retail including Global Fortune 500 company (HPCL as a signing partner).
Raman served as President (2015-16) of BCAS (Bombay Chartered Accountants Society) an independent not for profit body of chartered accountants having more than 12000 members. He has also served as a convenor of the Accounting and Auditing Committee, Indirect Taxes committee apart from being on a number of committees of the BCAS including as its Hon Treasurer and Hon Secretary for 2 years each. He was the Chairman of the Journal Committee of the BCAS, and Editor of the BCA Journal (August 2017- July 2022), which is in its 55th year of publication. He has been a technical reviewer on the shield panel of the ICAI to review Annual Reports of listed companies for excellence in financial reporting.
Presently Raman serves as:
- Independent Director on the Board of PPFAS Asset Management P Ltd. which manages AUM exceeding Rs. 100,000 Crores.
- Co-chair of the Journal committee of the BCAS (since 2022).
- Jt. Hon. Treasurer of Forum of Free Enterprise,
- Trustee on the Boards of Nani A. Palkhivala Memorial Trust, A. D. Shroff Memorial Trust, and BCAS Foundation and council member of All India Bank Depositors’ Association (AIBDA).
Author of books and publications: - Make it in India – Handbook on Starting and Doing Business in India published by LexisNexis.
- Co-authored a book on corporate audits containing detailed audit procedures titled Audit Checklist for Companies (7 Editions)
- Service Tax on Business Auxiliary Services and Business Support Services and
- Ease of Doing KYC: A Study in January 2024 with an aim to make the KYC process more customer friendly.
He has spoken at various seminars and trainings on various topics such as Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Management for individuals, companies and to students. He has authored articles in magazines like Outlook Money and Dignity.
His interests include Music, Yoga, writing, spending time with family and in nature.

Pramod qualified as a CA in 1980 and has a brilliant academic record. He has received various scholarships through his academic life. He has more than 10 years of Industry experience of handling Corporate Finance / Secretarial Matters of companies listed on Stock Exchange. He has more than 25 Years of practice experience mainly in Personal and Corporate Taxation and Company Law. He contributes regularly in Bombay Chartered Accountant Journal and Free Press Journal. He enjoys music, traveling and is an avid reader.

Divya qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 and has been a Partner with B.D. Jokhakar & Co, Mumbai since then. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom. She has qualified Advanced Diploma of International Taxation (ADIT) from Chartered Institute of Taxation, United Kingdom.
She specializes in Income Tax and represents before all direct tax authorities including the ITAT. She works on Transfer Pricing (TP) Audits and Study and benchmarking. Foreign Remittances & International taxation are her keen passion. She handles Tax, Statutory and Trust Audits for both Corporations and others. She has experience in incorporating companies, LLP, HUF, Trusts and advised on reconstitution and conversions of these entities. She has had experience in the Internal Audit of Stock Broker Company. She has cleared the UK Tax paper in 2019 during her ACCA qualification.
She had co-authored the Books “Tax Deducted at Source – Laws and Procedure in 2020”, “TDS & TCS – Law and Procedure 2024”, “The ABC of PAN”, “Taxation on Dividends” with Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society (BCAS).
She speaks on Direct Tax and International Tax topics at professional forums. She was on Zee Business on 20th July, 2023 as a Panelist for questions on Income Tax from investors on Capital Gains and F&O.
Divya is an active member of the Managing Committee, Taxation Committee, International Tax Committee & Journal Committee (BCAS). She was a convenor of the International Tax Finance Study Circle at BCAS and at ICAI’s – Churchgate CPE study circle. She has been the Conference Director for 27th & 28th International Tax & Finance Conference (BCAS).
Outside of her professional endeavors, Divya’s interests in tennis, fitness training, blogging, poetry, photography, and volunteering show a well-rounded personality with a zest for life beyond work. Her pursuit of learning to play the guitar and singing Hindustani classical music adds another dimension to her already diverse set of interests.

Bhavik qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. He has also passed Professional Programme (i.e. Final Exam) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also done Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection as well as Artificial Intelligence – Level 1 of ICAI. His academic performance has been excellent. His proficiency includes Audit and Assurance Services, GST Services, Company Secretarial Services, RBI Compliances, Taxation and Regulatory Compliance Services.

Bharat qualified as a CA in 1975. He began his journey with BDJ firm under the founder Late Mr B D Jokhakar.
His experience includes Statutory Audits of Listed, Public, Private Limited companies, trusts, banks, Cooperative Housing societies, personal and corporate taxation especially representation.
His interests are playing tennis, meditation, travelling.

Viraj qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 and completed his ACCA in 2021, securing Rank 3 in UK Taxation. He was also recognized as the Best Speaker by Pune ICAI in December 2018.
His professional experience spans Auditing and Assurance and GST, where he has managed clients across key industries including manufacturing, banking, hospitality, and IT/ITES.
Outside of work, Viraj enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Experience : 6 Years
Location : Pune
Jaya qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 and completed her Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) in 2024. She began her professional journey with Deloitte, where she gained extensive experience in conducting internal audits for multinational and listed companies engaged in manufacturing, banking and financial services etc.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jaya is passionate about singing, playing musical instruments, sketching and dancing.
